Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns:

    • We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
    • Customers must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery by emailing samirshaikhff@gmail.com with order details and images of the product.
    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
  • Refunds:

    • Once the return is approved, we will Cradit  to Your Bank Account 5-7 business days.
    • If a refund is delayed, please check with your bank before contacting us.
  • Exchanges:

    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will replace it at no additional cost.
  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • We do not accept returns for opened or used coffee products due to hygiene and safety concerns.
